WordPress.com Updates to 2.5
WordPress 2.5 is finally out for WordPress.com users, or whatever version they’re using right now, considering they’re on the MU install of it.
A few minutes ago, there were a few bugs, but now, after the WordPress.com Blog has said everything, it seems to have disappeared. Some of those bugs I encountered were 1) extremely slow loading, 2) visual mode in page / post writing not working, and 3) automatic refreshes without any regard to what I was writing.
Either they fixed the bugs, or it was my fault. I shall never take the blame.
I was trying to get this post out before the official WordPress.com blog got it out, but the slow loading caused me to give up.
In the meantime, here are some fun things to try out: WordPress.com’s blog subdirectory is under /blog/, right? (Check any post.) Well, just type in wordpress.com/blog and see what happens.
Brad does. He's a student living in the Houston, TX area who writes about technology news / reviews that you actually care about.
Are you still having those problems? Things should be smoothing out now.
@Matt: It’s great now. Occasionally they might pop up, but other than that, its great. Thanks, Matt!
